Error 2:
- What it means:
- Both Error 2.1 and 2.2 can be caused by either:
- Use of a used test strip.
- Damaged test strip. Check the bottom of the strip.
- Meter contamination such as control solution or blood have gone inside the test strip port.

- Check test strip port for contamination. Confirm if any control solution or blood have gone inside the test strip port.

- The OneTouch® UltraMini® Meter displays messages when there are problems with the test strip, with the meter, or when your blood glucose levels are higher than 600 mg/dL or lower than 20 mg/dL. Messages do not appear in all cases when a problem has occurred. Improper use may cause an inaccurate result without producing a warning message.
