- LifeScan guarantees that the OneTouch Ultra Plus Flex™ Meter will be free of defects in material and workmanship for three years, valid from the date of purchase (or the date of acquisition if you received a free meter) with proof of purchase (or acquisition). The guarantee extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If the meter stops working or a defect occurs on any part, contact Customer Service.
