One Touch Automotive Solutions

Rapid product introductions, a highly competitive market space, geographically dispersed dealerships, and the need to continuously train salespeople and certify mechanics are just a few of the business challenges that automotive manufacturers and dealerships face on a regular basis. For more than a decade, One Touch has worked closely with automotive industry leaders to develop and deliver the most effective distance learning and communication solutions to address these challenges, helping them build organizational clarity and customer loyalty.

One of One Touch's largest automotive customers uses the One Touch solution to train and communicate with more than 5,000 dealerships, reaching more than 76,000 dealership personnel. In operation since 1994, their One Touch-powered distance learning network provides training in more than 112 courses, broadcasting over 70 hours of instruction per day to their dealership network.

Automotive manufacturers also use One Touch as a real-time solution for corporate communications, market research, and to conduct two-way discussions with thousands of dealership employees simultaneously. Automakers using One Touch are able to facilitate improved communication and greater understanding throughout the organization. One U.S.-based automotive executive personally greeted tens of thousands of workers on his very first day as CEO, and continues to do so regularly. These global meetings have now been recognized as the largest, live company meetings ever held.

One Touch allows sales and marketing rollouts to occur more quickly and effectively. The solution also facilitates more rapid and consistent implementation of marketing plans and strategies – consistently delivering critical information down to the individual salesperson and enabling the company to drive home points of differentiation. Through improved learning and communications capabilities, automotive manufacturers increase sales and sell more precisely and effectively against competitors.
