One Touch Classroom Participant Perspective
Remote classroom participants see and hear the presenter live, delivering content or issuing test questions on a TV monitor. Using the One Touch Keypad, participants interact easily with the presenter and each other. By touching the Call key, for example, a participant "raises a hand." At the same time, the presenter sees the calling participant's name, location, and picture. Speaking naturally, the calling participant converses with the instructor. Every other participant hears both the calling participant's and the presenter's dialogue just like in a conventional class. Remote participants also use the keypad to respond to questions issued by the presenter.
The One Touch Keypad is an easy-to-use, personal interface which allows users at all skill levels to be active participants in the classroom. The One Touch Classroom solution is 100% reliable, does not carry the extensive support overhead of a PC, and incorporates all the interactivity found in a live classroom extending the reach of communications and training to remote locations.
