One Touch Promotes Key Executives
Global Distance Learning Leader Announces the Promotion of Two of Its Key Executives

SAN JOSE, Ca. – August 23, 2006

Larry Speckels, Vice President of Administration has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer and Bob Wilkinson, Vice President of Finance, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer.

Larry has more than thirty years of experience in high technology companies. He joined the company in 1998 and rejoined in 2004 after a brief absence. As a key member of the executive management team, Larry helps to set business strategy and is responsible for overseeing company operations related to marketing and business development, human resources, legal matters, facilities, IT and customer support. Larry also serves as Corporate Secretary.

Bob brings over twenty years of management experience to the company. He joined One Touch in 2003 and oversees accounting and compliance, treasury and tax matters, financial planning and forecasting, reporting and analysis, and investor matters and corporate development.
