One Touch Systems and Mainstream Data Form Strategic Partnership
Companies to Provide Communications and Learning Solutions to Large Organizations

SAN JOSE, Calif., Salt Lake City, Utah – July 10, 2007
One Touch Systems, a leading provider of interactive distance communications and learning solutions, and Mainstream Data, a leading global content delivery solutions provider, today announced a joint strategic partnership. Together, the two companies will provide a complete, end-to-end solution for delivering interactive distance learning and communication solutions to large and mid sized corporate and government organizations.
