Kurt Slobodzian
President and Chief Executive Officer

Kurt Slobodzian is the driving force behind the company's global business and product strategies.

Kurt came to One Touch after a decade with Apollo Group, Inc., a global leader in technology-based postsecondary education, where most recently he held the position of Vice President of Instructional Technology. Kurt led Apollo's efforts to develop learning resources that increase access to learning and enhance learning success through technological innovation. Kurt was responsible for creating several major initiatives at Apollo including the introduction of major distance learning programs for India and China. He also pioneered Internet delivery of course content and materials to Apollo Group students which vastly improved customer service and lowered distribution costs.

His work at Apollo allowed Kurt to be closely involved with One Touch for more than six years before being named President and CEO. This ongoing, growing relationship, combined with his knowledge and background of distance learning markets and technologies, has resulted in immediate impact on One Touch's direction and product strategy.

Kurt holds several degrees including a Doctor of Education from the University of Arizona.

Larry Speckels came to the company in 1998 and re-joined in 2004 after a brief absence. A key member of the executive management team, Larry helps to set business strategy and is responsible for overseeing company operations related to marketing and business development, human resources, legal matters, facilities, IT and customer support.

Larry has more than twenty years of experience specializing in finance and accounting for high technology companies. Prior to joining One Touch, he served in senior finance and accounting positions for a variety of technology leaders, including NetFRAME Systems, Siemens/ROLM, Pacific Gateway Exchange, LifeScan and others. His extensive background encompasses cost, product line, and general accounting, cash management, planning, analysis, reporting, initial public offering (IPO), tax, 10K, insurance, stock plan administration, system conversions, legal liaison, audits, and human resources.

Larry holds an undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota's School of Business, and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Indiana University.

Bob Wilkinson joined the company in 2003 and oversees accounting and compliance, treasury and tax matters, financial planning and forecasting, reporting and analysis, and investor matters and corporate development.

Bob brings over 20 years of financial management experience to the company. Prior to joining One Touch, Bob was CFO of Sreco Inc. and Director of Corporate Finance for a unit of QUALCOMM where he worked closely with investment banks on a $60M private placement and a shelf IPO registration. In addition, he evaluated and negotiated several acquisitions and worked with the business development group on securing strategic partnership agreements. Earlier, Bob was a senior consultant and interim-CFO for several early stage technology firms, assisting clients in IPO and private fund raising efforts. He also served as Corporate Controller for Delphi Systems.

Bob has international experience, serving as an economic advisor in Romania under the sponsorship of the U.S. Agency for International Development and received a U.S. Senate commendation for his efforts in assisting small businesses adapt to the post-Communist era economy. In addition, Bob worked as an accounting manager in Saudi Arabia for General Electric Company, where he began his career.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Dave Stewart came to One Touch in September 2005 to drive product strategy and engineering implementation. He currently leads engineering and manufacturing in developing new and improved enterprise-scale products.

Dave brings more than 20 years of experience in visual computing, software and network engineering. He comes from the NASCAR Silicon Motor Speedway, where he was VP of Engineering for their fully immersive racing simulations. Prior to the Speedway, he co-founded the media streaming company, Streamvision, and was Director of Engineering at Active Software, an enterprise software company. His resume also includes education-related research and development positions at Apple and Sun Microsystems.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
