Larry Speckels
President and Chief Executive Officer

Larry has been with OneTouch since 1998, most recently as its Chief Operating Officer. As President and Chief Executive Officer, he sets the strategic direction for the organization.

Larry has more than twenty years of experience with high technology companies. Prior to joining OneTouch, he served in senior positions for a variety of technology leaders, including NetFRAME Systems, Siemens/ROLM, Pacific Gateway Exchange, LifeScan and others. His extensive background has encompassed all aspects of leadership and management, including product development, strategic planning, cost management, and human resources.

Larry holds an undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota's School of Business, and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Indiana University.

Bob joined the company in 2003 and oversees accounting and compliance, treasury and tax matters, financial planning and forecasting, reporting and analysis, and investor matters and corporate development.

Bob brings over 25 years of financial management experience to the company. Prior to joining OneTouch, Bob was CFO of Sreco Inc. and Director of Corporate Finance for a unit of QUALCOMM where he worked closely with investment banks on a $60M private placement and a shelf IPO registration. In addition, he evaluated and negotiated several acquisitions and worked with the business development group on securing strategic partnership agreements. Bob has been a senior consultant and interim-CFO for several early stage technology firms, assisting clients in IPO and private fund raising efforts. He also served as Corporate Controller for Delphi Systems.

Bob has international experience, serving as an economic advisor in Romania under the sponsorship of the U.S. Agency for International Development and received a U.S. Senate commendation for his efforts in assisting small businesses adapt to the post-Communist era economy. In addition, Bob worked as an accounting manager in Saudi Arabia for General Electric Company, where he began his career.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Southern California

Tom has been a strong leader and manager with OneTouch since 1999 and now leads all sales and marketing initiatives. He has made important contributions as a member of the OneTouch Global sales team since 2007. Tom has extensive experience and knowledge of Interactive Distance Learning (IDL) and a solid background in enterprise satellite VSAT and multimedia delivery technology.

Tom has successfully delivered solutions to customers across the United States, Canada, and Australia. He is committed to meeting or exceeding customers' human resource development and business communication needs.

During the first ten years of his tenure with OneTouch, Tom led several project teams. He managed the Technical Support & Customer Service Team, responsible for delivering prompt and effective system implementation and field engineering support and service to customers. He streamlined processes within the One Touch Quality Assurance Department to ensure the delivery of the highest quality products.

Prior to joining OneTouch, Tom was with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Tom holds a Project Management Professional Certificate from Project Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley

Gopinath Rebala    
Vice President of Software Engineering

Gopinath leads the engineering and product development teams for OneTouch. He is responsible for developing OneTouch's technology road map and the delivery of leading-edge interactive distance learning products for the Company's Live & On Demand product suites.

Gopinath joined OneTouch in 1997. He has been the primary engineer in the design and development of OneTouch's enterprise-scale products, acquiring patents in the areas of content distribution and security. He has successfully led the development of the Company's flagship products including the SC600, Enterprise Manager product suite, and next generation H.264 video support.

Prior to OneTouch, Gopinath held key development positions at Oracle corporation and Software and Technologies Ltd. Gopinath earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology
